About me

My name is Tanja Buchmühlen, living in Essen Germany.

I am a passionate artist and private pilot (my husband is a private pilot too and we are flying a Socata TB 10 together).

My main profession is media designer. When it comes to artwork, I have been drawing since I was a kid and am mostly self-taught. I work both with digital media (Photoshop, Wacom Cintiq) as well as traditional media. This varies from complex emotional pictures with backgrounds to stylized images, logos, comics and t-shirt designs.

In 2015 I started my PPL-A training and finished it in 2016 at the flight school FFL in Essen Mülheim, Germany. To continue deepening my flight skills, I started CB-IR, which I successfully finished in September 2021.
